As this series continues, you’ll start to find a common theme: I opt for accommodation that allows me to feel like can move and settle in. From condos to lodges, beach houses – you name it. I love that homey feeling you get when you’re away. You know, that one when you stop and think “could I live here? Yep.”

That was Kickinghorse Lodging for me.  Our chalet-style accommodation was the ideal mountain home for me.  The unit was a one bedroom apartment with full kitchen, living room, fireplace, bathroom, in-suite washer/dryer and a balcony (that you may or may not see the northern lights from…just sayin’)
