The Benefits Of Using Essential Oils.

Essential oils aren’t just for breathing in smelly goodness. Don’t get me wrong, I only diffuse blends that smell good to me- but there are numerous other health benefits that come with diffusing essential oils. I have multiple diffusers in my house and one in my car. From mood boosters, to improving sleep and overall wellness – these oils play an integral part of my day.

Let’s review some of the top benefits from plugging in a diffusing a natural blend and the hardware to go along with it!

Benefits Of Essential Oils.

  1. Boost Your Mood.
Whether it’s starting my day on a refreshing note, calming down my sass, helping me in stressful work moments or just straight up uplifting me – diffusing essential oils is a mandatory part of my day-to-day. Diffusing essential oils can reduce anxiety and promote peace of the body and mind while helping set up a positive environment in your home or workspace.

    Fav oils for mood-setting:

    – Uplifting: Poosh, Liquid Sunshine, Citrus Dream, Sunrise
    – Sensual: Tantra
    – Grounding: Stress Release
    – Calming: Yoga, Spa Spirit
    – Sleeping: Good Night, Tranquility

  2. Boost Your Immune System
Did you know that many essential oils have antibacterial and antiviral effects? Whether you’re rolling on oils or diffusing them into your space, you get the benefits of inhaling them which, ultimately, protects your immune system and overall health. From allergies to cold/flu season – essential oils are a great way to both prevent AND assist.

Immune is my favourite oil. I diffuse it often in the car and have multiple rollers in bags and purses. If I could shower in it before a flight, I would.
Allergy Release is also awesome for those spring months (especially here in Vancouver!!).
    – Feeling stuff from a cold? Roll on Head Cold.
    – Suffering from a nasty headache? Roll Peppermint Halo along your hairline and onto the back of your neck.

  3. Help With Pain Management
Essential oils can help relieve pain and muscle stiffness. They’re great to keep at your desk, at home, and in your gym bag to help with rest and recovery. I recently started using a new roller that has worked WONDERS on my chronic pain for injuries.

Tips: Travel with the Saje Pocket Pharmacy in your bag!

  4. Curb Cravings
Did you know that inhaling certain essential oils can stimulate senses that can help curb your appetite? Oils with ylang-ylang, grapefruit and orange helps you trick your body into being satisfied when you’re having cravings. Rub some Crave Away into your hands and take a deep breath. I find that I emotionally eat when I’m stressed so this is a great one to keep tucked in away in your purse while you sip on a tea.

    1. Limited Edition Saje x Poosh Diffusing Kit.

This piece is limited edition and only comes as a kit – meaning it won’t be around for very long.

    2. Aroma Roam

This baby stays in the cup holder of my car and because it’s so small, it’s easy to pack on trips. Diffusing on the go? Can you tell that I’m addicted?!

Here’s the catch, it’s harder to get your hands on one of these bad boys, so if you can’t track one down in store – sign up for the waitlist online for the restock.
